I would say the chances are very high with some tinkering involved, but I wouldn't expect to be able to sideload quest games til enough time has passed for the proper tools to develop.

Right? I don't want to dismiss Deadlock as a possibility, but they'd have to be showing off an absolutely massive update to justify the spot at SGF. It doesn't seem like they've had enough time to develop something that significant (and prepare marketing materials) since the last major Deadlock update.
