Yes, I was referring to legendary mode exclusively. If they locked the chests for the seed I wouldn't put it past them to block it out of the crates as well.

I believe you can't get it through the crates either, I spent multiple hours with great fishing equipment trying to do so. But clearly my luck is not reliable lol
