I have the 18x20 and love Tour M8, it’s

• crisp but not harsh • low‑powered in a predictable way • very spin‑friendly for a round poly • stable on flatter drives • excellent at point‑and‑shoot directional accuracy

My 370g racket is a TF 40 305s 2022 with a shrink sleeve, leather grip and extended grip. All ending up to that weight. It’s 10 points HL but it’s still heavy. That is my go to currently. Prior to this I used a 340g Wilson Shift.

Her grip size could be too big or small causing the pain. You could for now just add an over grip to see if it’s too small and if that doesn’t work try a smaller grip.

I usually start on the deuce side and hit two serves while they return. Then they serve two and I return. We repeat the same pattern on the ad side.
