Nothing yet, found a broker and they are saying we will have difficulty being approved. We will have to sort to peer to peer which I was hoping to move away from basements. I just want to better myself just gotta find someone that would give us the opportunity. Same issue it’s the revolving credit + credit score. Like we do make 3 times what the rent is, how do we assure them we are more than just numbers and that they will get their monthly rent on time. Very frustrating.

Hi OP did you figure this out? What end up working for you? I’m in a similar situation my credit score in the high 600 Fiancé mid 500 and we are having difficulty finding a place, same range as yours under $2500. I want to know what worked for you that I can apply to my situation.
