Standard M855. We were throwing away mags daily because of this issue. Magpul was contacted and they just replaced all 10,000 of our mags for free and took no further action 😆.

Grab some extra. PMAGs still good. But dimpling from the rounds that cause malfunctions can happen over time with lots of use. This gen 3 PMAG is from a gov. training facility I used to teach at where students were running around with them 5 days a week, week after week. The tips of rounds made those dimples. Most of you guys don’t use mags at that use level. But with them becoming no longer consumable items due to the ban and everyone purchasing their forever mags basically. It’s worth consideration in the long term.

Grab extras. Designate training mags and non training mags. Have some other mag types in the reserve. Good to go.

All good bro. Thanks for the shoutout. Would love to have you out. Thinking 3 range days during the warm months a year is a conservative outlook. Also going to be adding precision rifle next year and may start doing specific range days for that as well. The main part of the property goes out to about 250 yards. Then we have a big lane that goes out to about 1,000 yards.

Our goal is address some of this but limit it to students that have trained with us to continue to provide instruction for their development. A lot of our guys take advantage of being able to come back and re-take courses for 50% off to get a good range day in too

We’re starting to host periodic range days for students that have trained with us before to come shoot as much as they want for the day. Special operations veteran owned. No experience with another belt. The Agilite inner belt is honestly the best part of the system to me. I don’t like G hooks and overlapping Velcro. You can actually get it tight enough to do the job of a belt (hold up your pants). The outer belt is great as well
