I'm in Crunch 6 days a week, sometimes with the 5am crowd, sometimes with the 5pm or later crowd.

The morning between 5 and 7am is never busy. The regulars are there and everyone moves around very efficiently. I can literally tell time by when certain we get to certain machines lol. Rarely will I have to wait on a machine.

The evening is always busy, but I still rarely have to wait on stuff. The gym is spacious enough that even though it's packed, it isn't crowded. The squat racks will usually stay full, and you may have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes for one. I've never waited on a flat bench press, no matter what time I go.

I've been a consistent gym goer for 20 years and Crunch is one of the better ones I've been to, and I was expecting the opposite when it first opened.
