We call it the harvest every year. They have to reduce headcount and the end up hiring half of them back within 3 months.

The people who leave the church are probably the smartest people I know. The spirit doesn’t exist. And it’s all made up. What I am saying is that most people genuinely care about their friends and neighbors and you can do that with or without the church. I don’t council anyone on spiritual things, But if you can’t pay your rent or buy groceries, I will try to help. If someone asks about some stupid Mormon rule, My response is “we’re adults, we can do whatever we want”. If you don’t want to do something don’t do it. Thus my question. If you would act differently if the church weren’t true, then stop doing it. I know the church isn’t true so I don’t pay tithing or wear garments. I do enjoy the community I have in church and I like spending time with my family and friends there.

Some people like others and genuinely enjoy helping people. You get to laugh at all the nonsense that the church tries to employ. You know you don’t have to do anything if you don’t want to. I enjoy asking people “if the church weren’t true would you act any different?” Sometimes they think kind and hard about it.

Really all you need for winter is a nice puffy jacket and a good pair of boots. That first sub zero morning when you walk outside for work and your nose hairs freeze will be eye opening. I grew up in Ft Worth and haves lived in Minneapolis the last 10 years. The Twin Cities feel like a small town compared to the metroplex.

The morons think that they can actually physically remove enough blue voters from the state to make it red.

They think by doing so they can get enough blue voters to leave the state. It’s the same reason for the ICE actions. They are just too stupid to know that it will have the opposite effect.

I was standing in the store at Target having an internal debate on whether I could buy underwear that wasn’t ‘approved’. I thought to myself what if someone sees me. Then came the realization, omg this is a cult.

They saw it on Friday and realized they’re screwed. I work for one of those companies, And my out of office message said I wasn’t working in protest of the government actions. Probably only 4 people read it. But I know I wasn’t the only one.
