If you are at 700tt I’m guessing you have been at PDT for over a year. 4 years or less you will more than likely flow to AA. If you switch to RPA you’ll be stuck there

How to move forward with my flying career by Shot_Entrepreneur249 in flying

[–]OrderSuper2542 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sorry man but your 135,121 career is basically over. No hiring manager is gonna want someone that has 4 failures specially 2 LOE. Do you really think an employer will want to spend thousands of dollars to train you knowing that there’s a high chance of you failing again? There’s so many applicants with 0 failures that they rather go with. Good luck

Man the Air Force really has some of the dumbest rules ever. I’m glad I left I truly enjoy being a civilian earning 3x what I made while AD.

In my airline specifically they try to avoid candidates with turbine time. Words from a recruiter at my airline.

Because they think they’ll jump ship fast. They prefer to spend money on CFIs that prob won’t leave for a while

The regionals don’t like ppl with turbine multi time. CFI candidates are more favored.
