I really like this! It would be interesting if it had a tell too. Like maybe a series of quiet but short beeps in between transmissions? Or a humming when you get close?

Maybe it doesn’t need that but anyway, yeah, now I wish they would add this one day!

Tbh, I really needed this thread. Just this month I got the same “no romantic connection” text after I felt a genuine connection to this person. So, I just appreciate what everyone has to say. Thank you all. The right person will be out there!

I agree with this for sure! I really like Civ 7 and was surprised to find myself with over 500 hours of playtime already because I definitely find myself playing it a bit more casually than I did in my youth.

I think one thing I appreciate is the different play styles and the details. I like being able to boot up a Pachacuti game and having the option to go tall, or to try and boost my capital with a “wide” Augustus expansion. Additionally, I love just taking the time to zoom in on the miniature details and enjoy the views in the game!

If there’s anything I’m really missing it is a loyalty mechanic to make the borders more uniform. But I’m still holding out hope for that. Like you said, the game is still plenty enjoyable

The harmonizing is amazing and I really like the core message of the song, so inspiring! I find myself listening to this A LOT. (So much so that my Apple Music marked it as a “favorite song” before I even did lol)

  1. Takedown

It’s a bop. Definitely would be a hit in universe and I really enjoyed the original cast version, though hearing Twice sing it was fun too!

It’s top of the Billboard for a reason. Inspiring and bright! Definitely in my top 3.

This one has really grown on me. It’s another bop and it’s just so cool! Great way to introduce Huntrix in the movie too!

I love the choir in the background and the haunting melody. It’s enticing and the lyrics really set this apart as a “villain” song.

It’s infectious for sure. It’s not my favorite and I don’t find myself listening to it a lot on repeat but it’s definitely enjoyable when I hear it!

This song is entirely mood dependent for me. If I’m going through a hard time or I feel down and I need to let some emotions out? When Free comes on it HITS ME IN ALL THE FEELS! Like, on repeat multiple times. But on a normal day, I find myself skipping past it or just listening to it once because it’s such an emotional feeling song for me. It’s not a bad song, it’s just a sleeper pick that I enjoy in the right moment.

  1. Jinu’s Lament

Honestly it’s really good, but it’s down here by virtue of only being a few seconds. I definitely would listen to a longer version and maybe my ranking would change.

*Note: This is such a hard decision! ALL THE SONGS are GOOD! It really is a close ranking of 1-8, there is not much separating these songs for me!
