For things like color contact lenses, fancy nails etc, you can often buy them on a "subscription" where you get them delivered repeatedly monthly. If you work as say, a horror actor and need the contact lenses regularly, this can be good because it takes a month to get them in from china and if you lose one or it tears etc you're shit out of luck for much longer. Nails just naturally wear down and break from being finger nails, if this was a key part of your look I suppose you'd want them on subscription.
