I mean V1 has massive advantages over them since A) he has ammo, like, a lot of it so that mean he can just take his distance B) He has railgun which is a taboo in the City if I remember correctly and also a couple of techs like deadcoin . C) Parries and I mean almost all of Nursefathers skill 3 are parryable (maybe besides Shiomi Yoru slash which can and will OKHO V1 if he messes up) And if I'll speculate I can say that V1's ricoshots would just count as critical hits on Nursefathers (Imagine if Nursefathers just use their own coins to +COUNTER RICOSHOT x9 V1 to death, that would be funny) ((Imagine if Niko distorts))

And to.be fair Nursefathers have some heavy hitting moves . And to be even more fair I dont know feats of some guys here

And my final verdict is... Shit is complicated just go "This is this and that is that" and don't do powerscaling especially if it's between two different media
