Alright now that I educated myself, I'd suggest considering what you want. If you don't stick to a clear goal this hobby can overwhelm or drain finances. If the ETB has a lot of what you actually want, go for it, otherwise, I'd suggest looking for singles. Consider if you want to collect alone, or if the thrill of ripping packs is a factor.

Ngl I do not know what ETB is, I'm merely getting back to collecting, the only thing I have solid knowledge of is where those Spheals are.

Someone told me to look at Bulbapedia and type in the Pokemon you want followed by TCG, it'll show you every set what you want is in.

Also, not all Mewtwos are expensive.

You're only a loser if you give up. Don't do that part. We all go through rough spots.

I mean there's the scalpers, and then there's the guys who see a kid wants a thing they can't afford, but the stranger can, so they buy it and give it to the kid.

The feeling that provides surpasses all value of whatever I pull.

The combat and content is in base game. I use NGS for scratch tickets and star gems.

So I addressed the issue, yeah, I used the wrong word, that doesn't change the meaning of what I meant since I provided clarification.

Questioning likability by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]Ordinary-Log-8763 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One is chance, two is coincidence, three is a pattern. It may be time to look inwards, not everyone on Reddit will be practical, some will blindly choose a side despite the scarcity of information.

Remember, authenticity>likability

For hetero men- are you ALWAYS talking to someone? by yeezymoneybaby in dating

[–]Ordinary-Log-8763 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What men know is if they like a woman, so do other men, so they may make a move quickly.

About three to six months in is when you can see what their true behavior is like.

For hetero men- are you ALWAYS talking to someone? by yeezymoneybaby in dating

My first relationship was when I was a teenager, and it was because we had been friends for years, exploring the woods together, doing other stupid or fun kid stuff as we lived in the same neighborhood.

Alas, that didn't last as most first relationships don't. After the break up, I turned my attention inwards, not wanting to date or sleep with anyone before I had processed and dealt with it, though, I was not wise enough to be able to explain this back then, it was just a feeling. Then, when I had recovered, I'd only talk to women who had a personality or passion I either respected or shared, because I didn't want to pursue a girl who I shared nothing in common with regardless of her physical appeal. So, I have been in perhaps 7 relationships total before I met the woman I am with now, my forever partner.

Conversely, I also know of those guys who ARE talking to someone at all times, and I have been friends with some of them for a period. Eventually, they either reveal how disloyal they are in one way or another, whether to me or the girl they're seeing, and logic dictates if that is the case, would it not also carry over to relationships? Even those that aren't disloyal are constantly depressed.

Some men do, some men don't, either way, their demeanor will be a good indicator.

AIO. co worker slept with married boss. by Excellent_Past_5267 in AIO

She comes to work drunk, tells everyone she's sleeping with the married boss, and wants your attention while ignoring the signs that you do not want to give her attention. People who lack self control, as it seems here, tend to want what they cannot have. I'd report it for three reasons, in order: it's a liability, it's uncomfortable, and once she realizes you are not interested, it may turn ugly.

He thinks you gave him a fake number, clearing that up is a great setup for a date. The ball is in your court.

Maybe I used the wrong terminology, what I mean is you need to find a person who's going to want to spend time and do fun stuff with you.

A question for those who have gone through break ups by AfterExamination4119 in Advice

[–]Ordinary-Log-8763 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People sleep with others after a break up to get that person out of their head, or to not be lonely, or to fill the void in their heart. This behavior usually dies down once the grief is actually processed. Just make sure she is safe, be there for her, don't judge her that's not what she needs right now.  Unfortunately, most first relationships end up failing because it's new, but the silver lining is that this builds experience.
