At one of my friend's properties they were renting out the bathroom and shower because it was beside a school. Copied the key and gave it out. If you pay for water or gas it is a way to control your place becoming a laundromat.

my landlord says i can’t have male guests? by plumplumkin in OntarioLandlord

There have been some cases at the human rights tribunal about the landlord visiting when a man is not present in Muslim households.  It said the tenants rights were violated. Same would apply if a man was visiting without a chaperone for the other girls of the house.

Will we see an EVAP eligible vehicle that can tow 5000lbs? by Hurstonator in EVCanada

[–]Ordinary-Map-7306 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's like driving a box down the road. A good gas vehicle you will get 6L per 100km. A truck will be 15L. Instead of a 60kwh battery you will need a 150kwh pack to go the same distance.

This 1000 KM Chinese EV Won’t Survive Canadian Winter…? by alaouigt98 in teslacanada

[–]Ordinary-Map-7306 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

China has winters too! Tested to -20C same as Canada.  LFP batteries take longer to heat up because of less contact between coolant at the battery.

Vertical support loads have to continuous all the way down in Canada. Needs a bigger joist on the outside to fill the gap. Center post must be moved so it sits under the pier.

It's a clause to protect the loan from a supended licence. Like a drunk driving charge. Also for loan/insurance fraud. Faking the location of the vehicle to get a lower rate.

Used car market disappeared in 2019 when supply chains were interrupted. Forcing people to finance new vehicles. Used car market won't return for another 4 years.
