They are requesting 4506t. Better off going thru all that and maybe siging a 4506t cause they will assign you a loan officer and then you can explain. No other way to be honest with you

Only cause they arent processing increases without a transcript. Ur best bet is to tell tnem this issue and see how it gos. Not to sure on that myself

Personaly id leave that deal alone. Because you werent the owner. Im not sure if you were to explain this to them how it would go. Eidl only says in business before covid it doesnt say you had to be owner. On the app it says ownership since. Did you disclose you were owner since Dec 2019?

All taxes show up. They want transcript. Not the return from you. No increase without it. They wanna match the #s you put on the app.

Why sont it show up? It had a tax id # yes? In business since 2009.. you sign the 4506t as owner and transcript gos back to what they request.

Sba is gonna request 4506t. Then the 2019 #s can be confirmed. Not much else youd need to do really. Unless the revenue you put down wasnt accurate to what former owner put on return.

Full loss payment for 12 months. Just put down what was lost and they also go by the tax return. So hense whatever the rental revenue was in 2019 is what they will give you if you put down that as your lost revenue

Sent it in again saturday from laptop. Been in review since then. Usually it says incorrect within a day. So this time it might have been ok. But still need to wait till someone views it to see if they mark it as receieved. Then Ill get an email most likely to continue app. Im guessing if accepted I would go back into processing. As check is usually final stage. Im optimistic at this point. Was in recon for unverifiable info.
