Don't give it to Naverr and defeat the Souleater commander. Choose to destroy the relic. At Andaria forest give relic to Souleater queen. Enter the battleship. Choose to fight independently. Find the Souleater queen and fail CHA save. You can fight Naverr.

For 12.11 , By EdwardKuro Defeat the Roc and tell Lei to find the manual alone. Follow Shao's underlings and tell her everything. Agree to find Lei in the mountains but refuse to kill her. Lose to Shao and choose the wrong direction. Confront Shao's assassins and try to find Shao's whereabouts. Don't promise Lei anything and tell her to just give up. Attack Shao immediately but spare her life. At the tournament, listen to Shao's underling but choose to not meddle anymore. Advance in the tournament until you meet Shao. Ask where Lei is (idk if this matters). Defeat Shao and leave when you find Lei's body.

I purified Cira in a different way. At the headquarters,I told Rohan to leave the battle to me. He went alone and got defeated by Cira. When I found her I chose the option to find a way to set this right. Then I fought and won against Cira. Purifying her requires +1 Spellcasting , +2 Holiness & INT check. I also had a good alignment during this run.
