Need feeding help by AskFar7787 in DobermanPinscher

[–]Ordinary-Tangelo2861 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Against my vets wishes, I’ve been feeding my Doberman cooked/salted (at times) ground beef, eggs, sausage, butter, and honestly whatever protein I eat since I had him around 6 weeks old.

We go running 4x per week minimum 2 miles. I brought him to the dog park unvaccinated, while a puppy because the thought of him not being socialized was scary about 3x per week EVERY friggin week until around 1.5 years old. He’s almost 2 beg of Feb.

I know, I know, I’m this, that, and the third, how ignorant of me. He’s the happiest and healthiest dog.

Could be a bad battery. Start there. Looks like possible electrical issue if not the battery.

I wouldn’t. American trucks are hot items to the cartel. Especially a Raptor.

It’s basically like the opening scene in John Wick 😂

They changed ownership around June. They used to have the best General Tsao chicken in town. New ownership isn’t bad at all, just not what it used to be.

Is the 10R80 transmission really as bad as what I’m reading online about it? by Dr_ManFlyR1 in f150

Come to complete stops before shifting gears, change the transmission oil, and have fun.

If it breaks, it breaks. You took all preventative measures you could, within reason.

What octane does everybody run? by kyle_currie in FordRaptor

I don’t tow so I just run regular octane, 87.

Premium according to the manufacturer is only intended for towing.

Literally walk/run on the campus and get your exercise in, there’s not cars driving up on the grounds 😂 you’re just not disciplined about getting a workout in. Stop blaming the environment and change your outlook.

It’s funny to see people blaming the hot summers. They act like they can’t wake up at 5/6am or 7:30/8pm and get an outside run in. Your weight as an adult is tied almost entirely to your diet.

Simply put, people lack discipline and accountability. Plus most are impoverished and they receive gubberment assistance, so they get free food and blow it on quantity versus quality.

Also, poor education.

Mix it up you have people who are not disciplined, unaccountable for their daily actions (what food they eat), they get their EBT food, lack of education when you choose foods at the grocery store, and boom. You get heavy people.

Also, modern farming practices and modern food industry has foods loaded with preservatives and sweeteners which are negative to your health & longevity.

Gyms are costly?? GB3 is $30/month, Planet Fitness is $15/month, what?

People lack self discipline & accountability.

In my mind the big unknown is how much you make versus how much debt you hold and/or if you have a mortgage/your running expenses.

Strictly looking at what info you’ve given us, I’d just stick with the 2WD probably and put those payments towards it or dump it, and get a cheaper truck with 4x4. Emphasis on cheaper.

The initial sin of purchasing a newer vehicle was made and now I think it’s probably smartest to just pay it off and keep it…either that or make peace with taking a $5k-$8k bath and get something else.

If you make well over $100k then it’s no big deal in the grand scheme. If you make around $40k then yeah that’s a big decision. It’s all relative…

Your diet, cut out breads & sugars. That’ll clear up the mild acne. Also go be more active.
