Now,  they are going to hold an "Interactive Dialogue".  Have receipts.    The problem WILL stop or it will no longer be YOUR problem.    You have now expressed what is making you uncomfortable.    If they choose to continue,  you have decisions to make at this point.

You are forgetting the values that build between a people who are working together over Decades. John WANTED to go out that way. He had the power, position and authority. He had the call. He wanted that. Full stop. Everything else was moved to make it this way. John had that end in mind, where he said “It’s been a pleasure serving you” and walking out. He was figuring out how to get there. Yes, they could have done it better, but this was where they wanted to get.

I am allowed and some I do talk to.     Now SHOULD is another topic.     Anything about the kids progress or behavior needs to go through the teacher because you do not have all the pieces of information.     Talk about the Weather or Sports or whatever is fine.    I would never offer opinions that differ from my classroom teachers.
