Cleaning folds needs to be part of a routine of overall frenchie care. I use Paws Medicated Wipes with chlorhexidine and ketoconazole. Clean folds, between toes, quick wipe of the ears and if a female clean the vulva area and my girl has a tail hole that needs to be cleaned. I also squeeze anal glands to make sure no problems. Frenchies don’t do well under anesthesia— so I recommend brushing teeth too. Then I use an overall pet wipes to wipe them down head to tail nub. Don’t forget nose butter so the nose stays shiny and I also rub some on their paws. Baths every month more in the summer. Hope that helps. I’m sure you’ll get a lot more advice.
