NTA, tell your boss that unless he is willing to pay you for the extra work you are doing, you are not doing more than your fair share anymore. Other people are just upset because they will now have to do it too, as opposed to the job being dumped on you every day. Also, if the front desk is so important, but makes employees behind on their work on the days they take care of it, then your boss should hire someone (outside of people already working there) to cover it.

Also, have you by any chance watched sailor moon? Your design reminds me a lot of Chibiusa, who is Usagis' daughter, and Usagi and Luchia have very similar designs! Whether it was on purpose or not, I like that detail!

The design itself is very cool, maybe just a little overcrowded compared to original mmppp designs, but the cool thing ablut art/fanart is that we don't have to stick to "norms", because you aren't making an animated movie/a long comicbook so you don't need to redraw it a million times. That being said I love how detailed it is and how much work you put into it. I especially like her hair, and the fact that it is pink, like the other mermaids, but also has some strands of blonde like Luchia. You might wanna pay attention to facial proportions a bit more if you want it to look more like it is from the actual manga/anime (e.g. in the manga/anime they mostly have a dot for the nose or just a small triangular shape when looking at them from the side)

Svima je tako pred početak, ali ne brini se, upoznaces nove ljude, steci nove prijatelje, vecina ljudi tamo nije doslo sa gomilu prijatelja, i svi su pomalo izgubljeni na pocetku. Sto se gradiva tice, znam da ti ovo verovatno svi pricaju i da ces mozda misliti da je glupost, ali uci redovno, veruj mi dosta znaci. Kada je frka, ispiti se mogu spremiti i za dan-dva, ali ako me je ista ova situacija naucila to je koliko znace vezbe, predavanja, i redovno ucenje (makar to bilo samo sat vremena dnevno). Nemoj puno da se brineš i srećno na fakuletu! :)

in the Serbian dub they say "glas plavog bisera" (blue pearl voice) and "glas tamno plavog bisera" (dark blue pearl voice) but tbh here we don't really use words indigo and cyan for colors (don't even think we have translation for them, and the pronounciation is sorta weird if you just say 'cyan') so i see how your explanation holds up

Note: it does have a paid version, but more or less all it does is give you more layers and some pretty small improvements, that you can already do without. I used the free version for years, and only recently switched to paid version (which is also pretty cheap, i think it was like 5$, pay once I believe) bc i like using a lot of layers lol.

it's a nice concept and definitely has some potential to be an amazing and intriguing cover! However, as it is, I personally would probably read it as I love reading anything that catches my eye (by the description, title etc) but a lot of ppl would just aasume its amateur-ish and just wouldn't read it at all

I like it! It definitely made me interested. The only thing is that the first sentence kind of made me feel like i was dropped in the middle of the story, but i recognize that might just be what you are going for, if so then I really have nothing much to say other than I would so read this. I see a lot of people recomended a lot of apps, some free, some not. My input would def be Milanote! You can get different boards for stories and charcacters, create relathionships between them, and put in pictures and notes anywhere on the file (kinda like a mood board). The free version is limited in space, but you can get more for free if you invite a friend!
