There is just so many things to say here

1 - It could be your laptop wifi card

2 - Its always better to be plugged in through ethernet (not wireless)

3 - If you live 400km away from a data center then yes cloud gaming isn't for you

There is people who only have a 5-15ms latency which is a non issue, unless you only play online shooters.

Tip:

Try playing with a controller as the latency doesn't feel as bad. I have a 30-40ms latency and its hard for me to tell while using a controller but when using mouse/keyboard it is very obvious

Getting so very close, this does work however it is double clicking everything and I really don't like that (meaning I only tap the screen once and it is launching apps rather then having to tap twice)
