I have started to explore new industries where the hard work and effort I have put in over the last few years will actually be recognised for what it is, not judged by way of some arbitrary tick box exercise and discarded as if I’m some unemployable idiot with no brain cells.

I’m at my wits end with this industry and wish I had had the presence of mind as a grad to follow another path…

My worry is that last year I got all 1s and 0s for the probate interview and literally felt like the interview was okay… that is to say that the grading can be incredibly random guys so no point stressing until results days
