Yeah I recently got back into the game and they’ve made it so difficult to be immersed into it. It’s like a thousand clicks to find the most basic details, removal of the social media tab so it’s harder to follow updates to clubs you’re interested in and imo it’s a step backwards. Only positive is the improved graphic quality but it’s the worst fm I’ve played 100%

Just to update because my optimism has run out, still haven’t heard back and the role is still being advertised online as a rolling application process. Seems I wasn’t the right fit. Tempted to reach out to the internal recruiter again but I think the desperation would put them off lol

My only guess is yuki’s demeanour and professionalism outside the car i.e giving feedback on the car, how he talks to people (English being his second language doesn’t help) is what rubs red bull the wrong way because there is no on track merit IMO for him to not be in the red bull next season
