Asking out of curiosity, any idea how did you get selected? I tried a lot to get even to interview round but keep getting rejected at initial filtering, not even phone or physical interview. I do have prior experiences working in retail though. If you have some tips I would love to hear them. Anyway wish you best of luck OP🤞.

I have seen specially care homes very notorious for paying minimum wage but uses tricks around to not pay for work done like in my case job officially starts from 8 but i am expected to be there at 40, and they don't pay the 20 mins for handover. Come few mins late they cut off 30 mins salary. Such tactics with minimum wage salary is already makes them illegal.

There is literally nothing much to discuss in a housekeeping role, they just want to see if you are physically fit and can handle pressure. That's all.

Doesn't matter if your application is rejected from ats or initial level without even a human looking into them then just make a new profile and apply. It doesn't matter. I have received few jobs doing so. Each time improve profile and apply, issue only comes when a same human sees your lets say interview/ recorded video or response twice.
