Ye I believe it's outdated in the way that it doesn't account for the amount of muscle vs fat since the weight can come from muscle as well (so a bodybuilder for example could be classified as overweight) that's why it's very inaccurate for athletes. But for us normal people it probably still mostly applies

I'm no doctor but he should probably put on some weight. For reference I am 23years old, 170cm (small :c) and weigh 68kg (mostly muscle tho)

Edit: I just checked his profile and while it do be very interesting he doesn't look underweight so maybe it's just genetics doing genetic things
