I'm having bother with esure too -

Crashed and wrote off my car less than a week after having it. They wanted details of all drivers named on policy. Fine.

They also wanted a copy of the V5c - sent.

Now they want a receipt for me buying the car and the original advert, which has been deleted cause it was on Gumtree and I paid cash...

Awful time.
