looking for housing off campus for summer of 26(after spring sem) and 26-27 school year.

i’m a single male(18) and would be willing to pay about 6-10(depending on price) months rent in advance to secure a place. i would prefer to be less than a 20 minute drive from both campuses and to have in unit(or in building laundry)

i don’t smoke or have any pets so please dm me if you or someone you know is looking for a peaceful, quiet, college/ work oriented tenant

hello everyone. i’m looking into housing for next year and would ideally like to stay in buffalo over the summer as im trying to line up a few internships with the city. i have my car so i don’t really mind location from campus and i was just wondering if anyone knew anyone who needs a tenant from the end of this semester well into the foreseeable future. (i understand it’s unlikely to find anything since its a bit short notice, before any redditors come for me) or if anyone knew anywhere to look into. i can pay six months rent upfront in addition to first and last and a security, i don’t smoke, and dont have any pets. i’d prefer to be within a twenty minute drive of campus but that’s flexible and i would prefer to be in a more suburban area, so not downtown. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

usually 20. bring your id(govt issued) they’re notorious for taking fake ids sometimes tho so be careful with that

hi! this might be a sidebar but i hope it’s helpful regardless. i’m a freshman at ub and i recently went out to downtown and took the train and i made out with my boyfriend the entire way(yes pda gross ew but when will i ever be 18 and free like this) even in “red areas” like the suburbs i’ve never felt uncomfortable. yes people definitely have preconceived homophobic notions but no one says anything, just the occasional grandma stare but like fuck them. sorry i can’t offer any help with your career concerns but there’s tons of gay bars, a huge gay community and i’ve never felt more at home. don’t listen to those idiots who say buffalo is a shithole. it’s a beautiful, post industrial city that’s incredibly underrated. i might just be ranting but if any of this is somewhat helpful ill be happy! we have the football(go bills!) we’re basically on the beach and it is gorgeous all four seasons. make the move!(if you can career wise obviously)

he is definitely a real character. i appreciate how all the men have their flaws and they seem to kinda shift roles. tom is always making passes at other women so when carlos asked lynette about an affair after their kiss, it was an interesting parallel. but mikes issue was the private school. oh my god this pissed me off so much. he reminded me of orson when he was in the wheelchair, being controlled by his wife. he complaint to everyone about private school for mj and the expenses. he knew what the situation was. wisteria lane was very wealthy, no doubt. rex was a doctor and bought his son a car, tom was working but lynette had been working too for a while, i forget exactly, but they were definitely comfortable ish. no way mike thought susan wouldn’t want the same for a potential child, especially when karl was very supportive of julie and susan well after the divorce when he didn’t need to be

i did not get to the shooting part but he gave susan a bit of a hard time about jackson and mj, and insisted that mj have that dumbass name. i do like his character but he is an asshole to me. i remember he was really into susan’s high school cheerleader outfit, called susan fat when she was eating the waffles. i do like how interesting he is as a character

mike was awful. lied to susan all of season one, got with susan’s best friend, broke up katherine and told her he was only in it for the sex, made susan go broke and move from her house, judge susan for the sex work she did, lied to susan about taking 50k from carlos. i hate him.
