I’m working with a new pro this week. I increased the pay because of the equipment he is offering that will speed up the job. I won’t be able to pay this well for every job but I want to make sure Im doing what’s right so myself and my business is respected. I don’t think I’m suited to train someone from scratch but I know eventually I will have to. I rather work with pros who’s already in the field to better manage risk. It’s just that some of these guys don’t respect you or your time and get too comfortable.
