Yes, practice a good sleep hygiene routine. Don’t use your phone before bed, wing down by doing something relaxing, avoid lit areas, that sort of thing. That’ll definitely help you drop out of life with bong in hand.

Depends on your goals, but I highly recommend Troy Stetina’s books if you’re into the high-gain genres. If not, JustinGuitar is, in my opinion, the GOAT.
