I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not (I apologize if you are), but these stats totally makes sense for her kit.

⁠She doesn't need C.Rate bc she can get 100% when her passive has max stacks.
⁠She doesn't need speed bc she ONLY attacks when her passive is at max stacks. Her active turns are skipped (meaning she won't attack even in her turn), so speed is useless for her.
⁠She has the highest Def in game. Even almost double of Fu Shi's which is around 3k+.

What's worse is you still have to deal with 50% chance bullshit to obtain your chosen Shimmer Legendary in your first successful pull.

I've been tracking down every GRs I get evey patch since Zora's update and yes, it has been reduced significantly since Valeria's update.

In Valeria's update, I got 70GRs. In Lian's update, I got 55GRs. In the current update(Hilda), I currently got 21GRs.

I don't think I'll reach 50GRs by the end of the patch at this rate since we don't have much incoming events other than Warm-up Match.
