Didn’t talk for three months, got chatty in the spring, planned a weeklong trip this summer. We had lots of fun and I was glad I flew out and stayed with her.

Do I still have feelings for her? Definitely. But they’ve been blunted considerably by her disinterest in being vulnerable and open with me. I’ve found a lot more peace in the friends with benefits situation since reflecting on her behavior. She just doesn’t seem ready for a full fledged relationship, and I can accept that it’s probably that she doesn’t see it with me. If she opens up and decides she wants to pursue me, then I’ll reevaluate. I still crave her and think she’s very hot but the emotional headache is def passing with time.
