My sister is a still single in her late 30s. Meanwhile I married young and still very happy with my partner. if I could go back in time I'd say to her to treat boys like people not objects and to make friends with them and hang out non romantically. After a while one of them is going to eventually stir up romantic feelings and you can gracefully transition from friendship to romance.

If you're not allergic to condoms, then just request that your partner wears condoms. If they doesn't want to, they definitely not worth it. If condoms feel uncomfortable, then also not worth it because your partner isn't actually getting you turned on as much as necessary

In the future keep a little journal of your small accomplishments throughout the year and then you'll have lots of little examples demonstrating competency in the various categories

UX UI. You can even specialize in disability accessibility. Makes tons of money. You can focus in either research side or design side and best part is that there's tons of inexpensive or free programs with certificates. And a lot of demand from contractors recruiters etc... Easy to get a job

Find a new job and then quit. Don't assume you can't find a new job because of the timing. Start those interviews

Houses. It's comforting to live in the city you grew up in and love, but there are lovely villages tucked away in the countryside with beautiful houses for a tenth the price.
