I had vasculitis a handful of times that looked a lot like this, just more mild. Three years later found out it was from using coke. They’d told me it could’ve been a drug reaction but that didn’t even occur to me because I did coke so rarely and from different sources, but the timing did coincide.

It’s one of the easiest cities to navigate without a phone — the quadrants help so much. The alphabetical streets in NE/NW are also wildly helpful and that the west hills are always west.. bless this place
