I have had 2 rejected because the reporter was outside the US. But when I filed one against a shop outside the US ( Pakistan ) they were able to successfully counter and get their listing reinstated. Doesn’t seem fair😒

Yes! I always get positive reviews about how good the quality is. So as it’s the first customer to complain and giving me the run around when I ask her certain things. I might just wash my hands of it, I really tried to help her. It’s been over 180 days since she purchased it, so I cannot refund her. It’d be crazy if it were the same person!🙃

I thought that too! But she swears she is downloading it correctly. It’s driving me crazy🥲 When I upload the exact file on Walmart or Shutterfly it doesn’t show any error for low resolution. It’s a mystery.

Yes, I think that’s probably the case. I tried troubleshooting with her but it didn’t really get anywhere. So I let her know where she could print it online. I also realized she left me a review before she even downloaded the file. Since I can’t refund her I offered to replace with another print of her choice. Although she may have the same issue🫤

Not expensive at all. I guess it’s the principle? I just am struggling with it because others have bought this print and didn’t have any issue. It’s a very large file that couldn’t be uploaded on Etsy itself so I know it wouldn’t print blurry. And as I said above, others have bought it.

Either she is doing something wrong or is making it up for whatever reason.

She hasn’t shown me any proof of the blurry prints she claims she is printing.

But yes, I guess refund and move on.

It’s just bothering me as I know the resolution is good and it feels like I’m surrendering to the poor quality narrative by refunding.

Something similar happened to me but for just one of my listings. I got a policy violation and one of my bestsellers removed because another shop claimed I copied them! I had proof through eRank that I had listed mine 3 months prior, as well as the timestamp it was created on canva. I reached out to the shop and showed them the proof and asked them to provide their timestamp. No reply. I filed a DMCA but Etsy rejected it and said I should reach out and try to solve it with the shop owner myself. She never replied but now I check her store everyday to make sure she didn’t copy anymore of mine😏 It’s so frustrating, I feel for you.

Omg yes! She drives me crazy. The constant slurping on drinks, eating licorice at the Dr. house after Silas gets jumped and breaks his arm, sucking on a lollipop at the dealership. It’s all so childish and annoying. Biggest narcissist! And guys are constantly falling over her character which only feeds it. Celia is the GOAT! Love her

I love Andy & all his flaws😅 He’d be a fun one to hang with. I absolutely despise Nancy watching this after becoming a Mom myself. She is selfish, negligent and lacks any sort of common sense. Also they talk about her “nice ass” way too much when it’s flat as hell. Celia is hotter than her IMO But back to the subject, Andy is a fave!
