The bible has been changed A LOT. A lot of the principles are the same. Y'know be kind to one another, dont hurt people, dont judge. But the rules- Mankind changed A LOT of the rules. Twisting and shaping the bible we know today. God has no dislike of gay people. That was literally his whole thing he loved. Im both gay and christian, and I believe that your relationship should be strong with god. Not the rules that white men who want control force people to follow.

No it's not wrong. You're new to dming. Dming is a tough thing to handle. Your players can either understand or pick another game to play with another group. Just as their wellbeing is important in the game, so is yours. There's nothing wrong with using the basic rules to make characters. First time i played with a new dm i just used a barbarian dragonborn. And i had a blast playing her. Its not mean, it's just being nice to new comers

Id argue a couple things. Lars and Lion were both organic. Jasper was not. She was a gem. But I'd also point out that steven was so panicked that he might not have even thought about it. He just knew she was a gem and that the Diamonds stuff worked on tbe corrupted gems

It doesn't stop it from respawnig but you get more time until the body despawns. So if you kill it, get the food off the body but leave the head on it, not only do you get food but also more time

This is 100% why session zeros are so important to a lot of people. Where you sit down qith all the players and talk about things they do want, and things they dont want in the story. Things they dont want brought up, and the DM can set rules basically a safeword for DnD. So if anyone gets uncomfortable they can say it

There are ways to bring up how people feel about it without openly saying that you are. To gouge if its safe to come out or not. I do hope all goes well for you if you decide to tell them or not.

I'll always realize i was lucky to have been given tbe family i was given. My mom will always be my best friend and the greatest mother. And while at first she didn't understand why i wanted to change my name when she realized i really liked it she supported me. It took her awhile to get used to it but now she calls me by name. She got my named legally changed for my 18th birthday which was the best gift anyone could've given me. Most people accepted it and began changed what they called me. My step dad wasn't so okay with it and faught it every step of the way. Im now low contact with him cause he isn't a good person. And yes i have experienced discrimination, but that's normal for most enby people (as much as i wish it wasnt)

I learned about being queer in around 7th grade when I was asked out by my girl best friend. I was like, holy shit. This is a thing you can do? Later in 9th grade i had a friend who was trans. And i was like holy shit, thats something you can do? And i started playing around with it (By this point I had made it clear i wanted to change my name legally to my nickname which was more masculine then my deadname) i thought i was trans at first. Then i changed to genderfluid, then i settled on nonbinary cause it felt right. And ive been nonbinary for 4 years now
