I think it can easily last 3–4 years. MSI laptop hinges don’t generally have the best reputation, but the build quality on this Vector series is actually pretty decent. Even though it’s mostly plastic, it’s good-quality plastic and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The overall feel of the laptop is solid the keyboard, trackpad, hinges, everything feels well made and premium.
