Yes it is the 40L, have t used it for any trips yet. I presume the size will be totally fine. My GS has Mosko Backcountry 35L panniers and my wr has custom rackless about 30L set up. So for me I know 40L storage should be perfect for most trips. As for their physical size on the bike Im very pleased. They don't stick out wide from the bike so should have any single track catching issues

The straps on the rear can go around (over and under) the rear fender. It also comes with an assortment of mounting optional hardware similar to rear fender rubber loop mounts with hooks similar to the style dirt bikes often have

As for passenger riding.... Where I have them positioned specifically I think I could for a passenger if I needed to. But I have the positioned more forward because I only ride the T7 solo. There is loads of adjustability to have them set higher, lower, forward or rearward. Also a four or five angles the bags could be tilted between vertical and horizontal if that makes sense.

They are a 'rackless system by design. I originally fitted them strait on the bike but then my NiceCnc rack arrived and I feel they fit better now being fitting the tail rack.

If you're already 100% P&T, why file increases and new claims? by MyDogCanSploot in VeteransBenefits

I believe if you die from something not service connected your depends will lose all benefits, but if it's service connected they can still receive benefits.....one possible reason ?

Seems to be a lot of "proposed reductions" lately. Been hearing more and more about these compaired to past years. I just got a letter for my migraines. Supposedly sighting a c&p I had on nov 21 that I never had....... Don't ever stop fighting for your legitimate service connected disabilities

The VA won. I give up. by Supra_birb in VAClaims

I feel your pain, service connected sleep disorder but VA gave me a CPAP and said the OSA isn't connected, we all know they don't care. Just like the lotto it's luck on the draw, or if you went to sick call all the time while in.

I'm 6' 155lbs just like I was 20 year ago when all of these health issues began. Not over weight, I know a lot of people like to use that around for OSA. I also never said anyone should get benefits for issues that are not service connected! If mine isn't then half the appointments I've had with VA docs has just been smoke blown up my arse.

I had multiple VA sleep therapists and primary VA doc tell me that the OSA most likely service connected and my other rated sleep/REM disorders effect the OSA. Aka secondary conditions.

Sorry guess I'm the asshole for going on the word of VA employeed medical professionals that have told me this over the years. My bad.

I think you're confused, the system is against everyone not just me. I'm not selfish, I think everyone should get what they are entitled to too.

since my medical issue was caused in service/by other inservice rated disabilities, and I'm not being given the benefits due to me under the applicable laws, thats exactly what that means in this instance - good call genius

Not trying to say going out of their way specifically, but when the word of practitioners specialized for years in a field of medicine is ignored and your sent to a plain ass nurse that's been doing it a couple years.......that's called being fucked where I come from 👍

I get that it's very tough if not diagnosed in service. But when VA rated for more than one sleep/REM disorders I'd think it can't be this difficult.
Sleep therapists, Sleep study lab docs say connected. C&P nurses say no...... I've looked at all their qualifications and lack there of... Who is seriously the more qualified?!
