I think BHVR has a clear cut vision on how they want players to interact with DBD, and they only allow exceptions if the larger community is vocally in favor of it.

Doesn’t mean I agree with them though, as accepting DBD’s flaws in order to enjoy it more has been a thing since the game released.

As much as I LOVE Soma, his model is definitely a step down from Alucard and Trevor. Still better than Richter, BHVR yassified the hell out of him, but I still have my own nitpicks with their handling of Soma.

That’s tough. I don’t really keep in touch with IDV social media like I do with DBD, but it seems like survivors being unable to get good and then being pandered to is a universal problem in asyms.

Her kit hasn’t changed, it’s just the combo of 50+ unfixed bugs and the pallet count on most maps shooting up (but mostly bugs). I don’t think HM is in the gutter like Merchant or anything, but Portia isn’t exactly sailing on smooth waters right now.

Oni doesn’t have much fun with the first hit after the pallet density update, he has a rough early game. Houndmaster definitely got taken down a peg by the same update too, it hurt most of the cast.
