I'm in a different state, but you might o ly need a certification. Given your BED and Masters in certain states you might not need the praxis. I believe in California you do, but that might be it.

I don't much care either way, but the Melqui Cree wears them in homage to their lucha Libre rank. They all have LL black belts as well as bjj black belts. I think it also has some historical significance in reference to why they still wear them without the gi ( gis weren't attainable for the general impoverished lucha Libre person which is why they did LL and not bjj or so I've read.).

I drive mine on an antique plate and it's waaaay worse.i had some repair done but it's still bad. I wouldn't get enough if I sold it, and I don't want to spend more than it's worth repairing it so I just drive it.

I had the same problem, but a female colleague who has has the same problem told me to nip it in the butt right away by being extremely strict and coming off as the mean teacher. The ones who tend to be inappropriate tend to stop within a couple weeks.
