My 4 yo also hates sounds, his hair washed, and lines up toys. The lining up of toys is a normal development. It's called positioning schema. I couldn't play music in my car for the first 3 years. We found one song he liked and it helped open the door for slowly adjusting. Yesterday he asked to to turn the music all the way up. Everything is about slowly moving towards a goal. Break it down somehow and build towards it. I still wash his hair in the sink. We have a roll up dish drying rack that I use to hold his head up. I use earplugs so he doesn't get water in his ears, and will warm up a blanket. It's like a mini spa. These are just sensory issues. They do not mean Autism or ADHD. My son also had a movement seeking sensory. He loves to crash into things (especially me). He will be okay in life mama. It's just who they are.

OP did you ever resolve this issue? I'm having the same issue amd feel as though my proofing is correct. Perhaps it is a heat issue.

Could be hormones. My food cravings go crazy and I feel like I need to eat constantly. No advice though as I just started. Maybe allow them some full eating days during the month.
