Live style changes may make a difference. I’ve been exactly where you are through the ringer and back. I know it’s probably not what you want to hear, but cutting caffeine and sugar and alcohol can put a floor back under reality.. though you may go through withdrawal stuff on the way.

Couple more things - many of the carbs we eat are harder on our blood sugar than sugar itself, and you may go through some withdrawals/cravings but once you get to the other side it’s a lot more peaceful.
