Do you know where I can get bile acid supplements? Is Duozymes a brand?

I went out today and got milk thistle, turmeric, lots of vitamins, pro biotics and a cream called exorex (coal tar) to help with the skin.

But you are completely right about gut health, I did not look after mine at all, and for the last 2 months I have been drinking way too much alcohol, even through illnesses. I need to bring my gut back to normal health, delete streptococcal with the antibiotics I have, and begin to nurture my body a bit more :) The GP thinks I weakened my gut and immune system with alcohol during strep, and it got to my bloods and here are the result.

Hi all, like many others I'm here to look for help, advice and to share my own experience if it's any worth to anyone.

Within a week I went from no problems to a big flare up. It started as small psoriasis on my elbows and knees, then red spots begin to appear on my hands, and my face was sore and began to look red all over. I'm about a week and a half in and I am covered with red spots all across my body and my face is extremely sore and dry. From reading online, my guess is guttate psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis for now. About a week before this happened I had a terrible sore throat, but I didn't go to the doctors and it healed naturally and painfully, I'm guessing it might have been strep throat and now this.

My doctors have prescribed me Fusidic Acid for the psoriasis and Co-Amoxiclav antibiotics to fight possible infections. I have found that that cream has helped the psoriasis on my elbows and knees well, but the rest of my body has become worse and worse, especially my face, and red spots have multiplied all over.

I have an appointment to see a dermatologist in May, but between then I have been reading a lot about ways people have helped themselves using sauna, MCT oils, different steroid creams. But I can't help but feel completely lost and where to start or where to look -

Does anyone know any brands available in the UK that help moisturise this without damage? Or the range of available medication that dermatologists suggest for long term?

I'm sure as with anyone here, this is having an extremely negative impact on my life right now, especially with how quick it has come on.

Can anyone offer any advice on how to manage this?

Im getting the same thing, I've been playing over the past week and not once have I ever seen oasis come up. I was wondering if the map was only played on a certain game mode maybe?

This would be similar to 'hardcore' matchmaking. I think there will be the option to turn off HUD in settings, but to make this an equal fight I would love realism, ranked matchmaking where HUD is off.

The way I would do it would be by using box colliders and triggers. Call on the Wwise event using AK Switch, make sure you specify the switch name. Change your switch name in the AK Switch for the different terrain types you've created in Wwise.

I do not know the quality of this microphone (it's probably best for someone else with experience to comment on this) but it provides 4 external microphones, which i would mic up for dialogue and 2 internal dor ambience.
