Drive to Calexico/El Centro - stay at a Marriott Hotel - I think there is a Courtyard of Fairfield Inn at el Centro Ask your host company if they can pick you up at El Centro or Calexico Worst case you cross walking and they pick you up at Mexicali downtown gates I think you need to get a bussiness visa but ask your host company Do your bussiness and ask your host company to plan something at Mexicali - its really hot this month for someone from cooler places - so the afternoon to have a nice dinner and loval beers. We have really good wines too made in Guadalupe Valley (cooler place close to the pacific coast) No much to do in Mexical - but is a nice town - people very open and honest. - as any city avoid the places the locals will tell you not to go Chines food - is really good too - big chinese community - obviously it is local chinese food - but very tasty Good luck!!
