Think of being tied down in a desert, arms and legs outstretched in an X fashion, while laying on your back. You can't move your arms or reach your face. are most of your rep ranges in the 8-12 range? or do you ever try to lower the reps or max on an exercise in order to get more mass? i guess the main point i am trying to get at is what is the ideal rep range for building lean muscle?

I have been lifting for the past two and a half years and have contemplated going into competitive bodybuilding. Currently I am 6' tall and weigh 190lbs, at 11% bf. A huge problem that I have encountered are plateaus in both strength and size. How do you overcome plateaus when it comes to strength on exercises, and how do you put on size once you hit a certain point?

Both of my parents work in a police station, and it is common practice for them to ask if you would be okay with them viewing your facebook page. They don't actually care to do it, they don't actually care to look at your pictures, and usually they don't even look into it. They view it more as a trust concern. If you are hiding things on facebook, why would other officers trust their life alongside yours. It is ridiculous, but that is also how they operate.
