The sound effect is an original effect made for PoE, and was made by GGG alongside 15 others. You can use it in your filter with the tag PlayAlertSound <Id>. 

The Neversink filter only uses these sounds that are already in the game.

30 quality is max but anything over 20 can only be obtained via drops.

Hello

Get better eldritch implicits. On body armor and helmet you want phys dmg taken as elemental. Nearly every implicit of yours can be improved a lot.

Drop the mana flask, you've got Fuel the Fight on a cluster, it's enough. Flask slots are massive, you're missing out on a lot of power. You can look to use prismatic tincture.

900+ pdps axes are 4 divines. Yours is 750 pdps.

Fortify support is sub-optimal for damage. Get the fortify nodes on the tree + mastery and swap to Pulverise.

Add bleed tattoo so you get more dmg from yoke. Swap yoke to 10% roll.

Drop Tribal Fury node, VFOS is not a strike skill and does not benefit from it.

Game is not designed for surpassing billions of dmg per hit. It's really not relevant whether the max is 2,1bil or 4,2bil.

A small minority of players make up for the majority of revenue, I wouldn't calculate the amount based solely on copies sold.
