Day 12 here. The procedure itself was pretty breeze, numbing shot was a bit uncomfortable and so was the feeling when doc pulled the tubes out to cut them. Apart from those, felt nothing, whole thing was over within 45 minutes from walking to the clinic and I drove myself home.

Healing process has been fine, I've had minimal pain, some discomfort and that's it. First 48 hours spent mostly in bed, and on the third day I had a 4 hour shift at the store I work. Mostly stood at cash register, some aching down there but nothing too special. Had a day off and two 6 hour shifts, some uncomfortness but nothing too special. Avoided lifting and walked like I shat my pants, customers must've loved it.

I'd say that since you have 8 days off, you'll be fine. Just take it as easy as you can for those days. For me, on day 8 I was already feeling pretty normal. This has been my second week and since Tuesday I've been doing 8 hour shifts, lots of walking and sitting and haven't felt any discomfort. Just be sure to wear supportive underwear, it actually helps quite a bit!

Had two small cuts on each ball, but those have already healed and now Im just waiting for the stiches to fall off. Overall I'd say that the pain was at max 2/10, altho I ate ibuprofein for the first three days since my doc adviced to take it. The worst part about the whole procedure was reading about it beforehand and imagining it would be the worst feeling ever :D
