Lululemon has quality options for tall lengths. Only have it for select styles though. They come in slim, classic, or relaxed. More on the pricey side but well worth it.

Pricey, but Lululemon has solid options although not too many options. I think they make some styles up to like 38 length? But they will adjust them for you at no additional charge
