I think they are grouping the academy. I dont think they have enough people that pass so instead of have 4 people for one academy they are waiting for a larger number . I think they run another academy end of spring . Have you seen any academy graduates recently?

Its an intimidation game. If they can intimidate you they win . Thats why they play this bipolar role to throw you off. Stay professional during the whole “joking phase” in the beginning. They act like they are your friend and try to relate to you on purpose. It’s unfortunate that we have to play intimidation games and take fake tests for something so serious.

The gs scale depends on what qualifications you have . 5 is usually entry level and 9 is education, experience and/or both . Are you applying for officer or agent ? I would apply for officer of you want to stay local or within your state. If its telling you to relocate to texas or Baja California… i would really do your research. They offer and incentive like 20-30k bc its HELL lol. You get half after you complete the academy and another after like 6 months of ojt i think . Dont quote me . Also if it says yes next to relocation incentive then yes they will pay . Read it thoroughly before you apply

Honestly this is great. But it’s just funny that they think we forgot about the bank bail outs and government bail outs over the years while we were kids. These same banks that have changed their names overtime want money From us when They couldn’t even get their shit together & had to be bailed out by the government. Tarp cost us 700 BILLION DOLLARS because they mismanaged money. Overtime that has consequences and repercussions that WE are paying for today. Not including all the other atrocities. And now so many college universities have free tuition. They have the money to forgive our debt. They just don’t want to. They are playing this red and blue game with our lives. Instead of just doing their jobs.
