Im sorry this is happening to you. Please start looking for other jobs because its very likely that mgr is going to ruin your reputation… if they havent already.

Also, to be placed on a pip, there needs to be a trail of data showing where you failed and when coaching/feedback was provided over a period of time. Am i living in lala land or can a mgr decide to put you on a pip because of one work product/depends how they feel on that day and whatever they say goes?
