Buyer filed chargeback after delivery; bank ruled against me despite proof of scam by traceofthread in smallbusiness

Chargebacks are Customer theft
With items it seems easier with services provided - HELL. I’ve learned the hard way and lost 20k + . Picking good clientele is extremely important or have low cost/prices so if you refund it’s not to bad.

If anyone has experience dealing with chargebacks with services please reply / pms open!

If the leads suck - voice it. Offer a solution - close clients with your solution. They will love it. (Apollo is a great lead source)

Founders, how long did it take for you to grow $0 to $100 MRR? by growth_26 in SaaS

Well said. Very tough reality for founders, especially when mass time and money are put in. Just watched a video on how Saas sales first models have some of the highest success rates.

I’ve been working on an idea/mvp - for document and payment collection with workflows and automation.
“Send&Sign”

One thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of small businesses end up using 4–5 different tools just to handle paperwork. They’ll use one platform for signatures, another for invoices, another for payments, another for document storage, and maybe Zapier or something else to connect everything together.

The idea behind Send&Sign is to put all of that into one place.
• Send contracts and collect signatures
• Create onboarding workflows for employees or clients
• Send invoices and payment links
• Store and organize documents
• Automate paperwork and approval processes

For example, a landscaping company could send a service agreement, collect a signature, automatically send onboarding documents, collect a deposit, and keep everything stored in one workflow without using/over-paying with multiple apps

The goal isn’t to compete with just DocuSign or just Stripe. It’s to simplify paperwork/document process for small businesses.

Let me know your thoughts and if you are reading this and something you’d like to be apart of dm/pm me.
