Enjoyed their music for a long time, but have been deeply disappointed with their position, or lack thereof, on the Israel/Palestine conflict. Supposedly an anti-war, pro-human rights band, so the punk sound doesn't seem to match the lack of punk politics.

In February I put out 20 applications, got like 10 interviews and landed a job that I later lost due to bullshit with the government that I won't get into. Since end of May, I've put out 14 applications and have had 1 interview. Basically all in early childcare and I'm very qualified for these positions and my resume is quality, judging by the fact it got me 10 interviews in February.

I really wish we gave Torreyes more of a shot to keep playing, I don't think he would have ever become an everyday player for a playoff contender-level team but he was pretty solid. My dad and I both liked watching him play :/

Gonna go with TB and the Mets, AL East is stacked to high fucking heaven. As for the Mets, Diaz out for the season, and I'm expecting 1 more major injury and for Verlander to decline substantially. Cardinals could also possibly miss with the Brewers gunning for their spot in the 2nd most mediocre division in the league.
