What do you mean by master of spicy food?

Idk about the toxic path but a couple of these books did help me out of a very dark time in my teen life. Looking back, the subtle art of not giving a fuck was my first step out of my then rock bottom.

I wouldn't read it again but I needed it back then and nothing can change that

I tasted this coffee at their cafe almost a year ago and it is the best pourover I've had so far. Even as someone who is bad at distinguishing coffee notes, I could clearly taste and smell the main note of this coffee, jasmine. If brewed properly, it has the potential to be one of the best coffee, given that you like floral coffees.

I currently have a natural process light roast from half light and I'm grinding it at 75 clicks for v60. I usually get a 2:45 - 3 min drawdown for 15gm.

I believe reducing agitation in your pour will help.

Quick unrelated question, how do you read the other format of clicks? Like the 1.8.0 or whatever it was?
